Burst Pipe in Tacoma / Puget Sound: What to Do Now
A pressurized line fails and water hits floors or ceilings fast. Treat it as an emergency the moment you see spray, wet drywall, or a fixture you cannot shut.
Do this first

- Open a few cold faucets after shutoff to drop pressure in the lines.
